Crater Lake Prohibition Gin (Regional - OR)

Crater Lake Estate Gin is a uniquely handcrafted spirit, created from grains and botanicals grown on site at our distillery in Bend, Oregon. Using only hand-harvested juniper, lime basil and lemon balm we have created a gin that is as rich and flavorful as the history of gin itself. It is fresh and subtly floral with a dry finish that leaves you with notes of juniper and citrus. A brief rest in oak gives a smooth – almost sweet – feel.
