.5 oz. Absolut Juice Pear & Elderflower
.25 oz. Lemon Juice
.25 oz. Passion Fruit Syrup
1 oz. soda water
1 oz. champagne
lemon twist
sprig of mint
Method: Add Absolut, passion fruit syrup and lemon juice to a shaker. Shake with ice and strain into a wine/spritz style glass. Add ice and top with half soda and half champagne/prosecco. Garnish with lemon twist and mint sprig
